Join Fortes in Fide for social ballroom dance lessons in preparation for our annual ball! Bring a partner along or be partnered up on the night to learn from scratch or polish up your dancing with other young adults (18-30) at the Newman Parish. Lessons will be conducted by professional dance teachers and competitive dancers, Mrs Iyonne Murphy and Eloise O'Loghlen. Lessons will take place per the following schedule from 7:00pm - 8:30pm in the St Aloysius School Hall. Friday 17th April: White City Waltz and Swing/Rock 'n' Roll Friday 24th April: Merrilyn and Cha Cha Friday 8th May: Fox Trot and Valentino Jive Friday 22nd May: Evening Three Step and Circle Waltz Friday 5th June: Swing/Rock 'n' Roll and Merrilyn Friday 26th June: Valentino Jive and White City Waltz Friday 3rd July: Cha Cha and Fox Trot Friday 10th July: Circle Waltz and Evening Three Step A $10 fee will be collected per lesson.
